Job Overview

Position Type: Early Childhood Educator

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging and educational activities for preschool-aged children.
  • Foster a joyful and secure learning atmosphere.
  • Design and implement daily schedules to promote physical activity, rest, and play.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Provide regular updates to parents regarding children's development and achievements.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children in the program.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, progress reports, and lesson plans.
  • Collaborate with a co-teacher to support a multi-age group of children (ages 3 to 5).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in childcare, education, or related fields is preferred.
  • Must hold EEC certification and have completed relevant EEC coursework.
  • Demonstrated passion for working with young children.
  • Creative, nurturing, and skilled in engaging with children.
  • Possess a positive and patient attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
