Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Nursing Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance
- Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and implement educational strategies to enhance staff skills and performance
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Valid state nursing license
