Atrium Staffing is seeking a skilled Compounder to join their team in the flavor and fragrance industry.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in compounding and be proficient in basic math skills. Familiarity with computer systems used for batching and experience with dispensing, batch-processing, and operating automated dosing systems are also required.

The Compounder will be responsible for the precise mixing and compounding of flavor ingredients according to specified formulas. This will involve operating heating and cooling systems to achieve the desired consistency and quality of batches, inspecting raw materials for correct color, odor, and quality, and maintaining proper documentation for quality checks.

The successful candidate will also be able to multitask and follow instructions with minimal supervision, while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production volume standards and schedules.

Atrium Staffing offers a competitive salary of $25 - $26/hr, as well as benefits including medical, dental, and vision, paid time off, and a 401k match.
