Global Dimensions, LLC is a dynamic and expanding company specializing in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence services. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Columbia, Maryland.

Job Summary

The Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing targets and target systems for joint lethal and/or non-lethal engagements. This includes:

  • Developing target nominations, creating database records, and uploading target intelligence products.
  • Producing all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments, and assisting with combat assessment requirements.
  • Conducting collateral damage estimation, performing target list management, target strategy development, and providing joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
  • Providing recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
  • Providing database nominations, creating and updating database records, and uploading TMs into databases.
  • Providing joint target intelligence (JTI) to include target system analysis, joint target development, target list management, and combat assessment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Formal Targeting training required.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • A Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the Department of Education; or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursuit of developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Demonstrated in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
