Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our distribution network, this role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently pick orders to meet customer demands
  • Process, package, and ship orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to optimize stockroom efficiency
  • Inspect products for defects and damages to ensure quality control
  • Examine incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and completeness
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items in a safe and organized manner
  • Operate robots and other equipment to facilitate effective warehouse operations
  • Coordinate site damage and re-pour areas to minimize disruptions
  • Adhere to all company safety and quality expectations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
  • At least one year of experience operating mobile power equipment such as lift trucks, tow motors, or pallet handling equipment
  • At least one year of experience operating stationary power equipment such as palletizers, conveyors, hoists, and stackers
  • At least one year of experience order picking and entering orders, including data entry and scanning bar codes
  • At least one year of experience working as a picker or packer in a warehouse or distribution center environment
