Education:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Not required but preferred.
Appropriate state licensure (or ability to obtain state licensure), certification, or registration (as per state requirements), current and in good standing.
