Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is a key role within the Jacuzzi Group, responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned territory. This individual will manage a portfolio of dealers, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a dealer base within the region, ensuring strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Prospect new business opportunities, qualifying companies and signing on new dealers.
- Conduct regular site visits to dealers, providing training and support to ensure optimal sales and service performance.
- Act as a liaison between dealers and Jacuzzi Group, resolving issues and maintaining open communication.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territorial sales goals and budgets.
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Luxury retail sales experience required, with a strong understanding of home improvement products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems preferred.
