Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge, technologies, and evidence-based practices.
- Current California RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Preferred: BSN, MSN, or currently enrolled in RN-BSN program.
