Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Kaweah Health Care District, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge, technologies, and evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Current California RN license.
  • BLS certification.
  • Preferred: BSN, MSN, or currently enrolled in RN-BSN program.
