Reconstruction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reconstruction Superintendent to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Ensure accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using proprietary software.
  • Crew Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects, including subcontractors.
  • Documentation and Communication: Review job site documentation to support services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process. Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Expense Management: Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Manage the customer and client experience, tracking overall customer satisfaction with online reviews.
  • Priority Response: Provide priority response to potential customers.
  • Team Development: Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License: Required.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience; at least 3 years of industry experience.
  • Certification: IICRC certification a plus.
Skills and Physical Demands:
  • Lifting and Climbing: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
