Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Speech Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality outpatient services. As an Assistant Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their communication and swallowing goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices and ASHA guidelines
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology-Assistant or Bachelor's in Communication Sciences & Disorders from a regionally accredited University and completion of ASHA modules
  • Oklahoma license for Speech-Language Pathology-Assistant or SLP-A license eligible with a temporary license, or eligible for a temporary license
  • ASHA Certified Speech-Language Pathology-Assistant or complete within the first year under a licensed CCC-SLP
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care
