Position Overview:
The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional Guest Services.

This position assists the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, aiming to maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and mentoring staff
  • Managing expenses and minimizing shrinkage
  • Overseeing merchandising and inventory management

All tasks must align with company policies and procedures.


Essential Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

The role requires physical stamina, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in retail or management is essential.
