As a Shop Laborer, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including sweeping, yard and shop upkeep/maintenance, grinding, operating a forklift where needed, and assisting with tracking inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including sweeping, yard and shop upkeep/maintenance, grinding, operating a forklift where needed, and assisting with tracking inventory.
  • Assist with tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work in all departments, including Small Engine, Wood Fabrication, Steel Fabrication, Shipping & Receiving.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be punctual and dependable.
  • Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
  • Good attitude with an open mind and willingness to learn.
  • Team player.
  • Able to follow directions, efficient, and safe.
