Position: Local Program Manager (LPM)

Employment Type: Full Time - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train staff and volunteers to ensure a skilled team.
  • Facilitate effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Assist families throughout the intake process with compassion and understanding.
  • Oversee camper documentation and manage case files diligently.
  • Administer the fiscal budget and handle conflicts with professionalism.
  • Engage with the community to foster partnerships and collaborations.
  • Provide support to families through diverse channels.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Plan and execute weekend camps, ensuring a memorable experience for all participants.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of campers during activities.
  • Assist campers with daily living tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures consistently.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Availability to work on weekends is required.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities.
  • Clinical skills to deescalate challenging behaviors.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
