Kitchen Support Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Support Staff to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar in Hobbs, NM. As a key member of our Heart of House Team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking skills, be able to work well under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, pots, pans, and utensils
- Ensure that the dish room and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and served efficiently and to a high standard
- Prior experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Chili's Grill & Bar has been serving up delicious American-style cuisine since 1975. Our menu features a range of popular items, including Big Mouth burgers, house-smoked ribs, fajitas, and hand-shaken margaritas. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
