We have partnered with a Food and Beverage Wholesale Company that is building out their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Practice from Scratch.

They are currently hiring an ERP Project Manager to join their business and support their manufacturing and distribution ERP implementation. The role requires experience with enterprise-level IT systems (ERP), preferably in the food distribution or a closely related industry.

  • Their Future Plans: Preparing for a major ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) upgrade to modernize infrastructure, improve data analytics, and streamline operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence etc.)
  • Experience in ERP and WMS projects across upgrades or implementations (Managing inventory, finance, and order processing)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Budget management experience and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • ERP preferences are Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/BC), SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Acumatica

Onsite Requirement: The role requires being onsite, hybrid, in North Philadelphia during key project phases, particularly for major initiatives like ERP upgrade/implementation.
