Emergency Department Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Lynn, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, assessing and prioritizing patient needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in the Emergency Department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
