Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the nursing process and deliver patient and family-centered care.
- Request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care.
- Collaborate with the Emergency Department team to provide high-quality, efficient care to patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices.
- 2 years of experience working as a RN in an acute care setting.
- ED experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- ACLS preferred.
