">As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base and revenue streams.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our client base and revenue streams">
- Budgeting and forecasting: Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting">
- Sales and account management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing clients">
- Marketing and promotions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth and awareness">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field">
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in an advertising and marketing agency">
- Proven track record of success in growing client base and revenue streams">
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
