Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment in a hospital setting.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing respiratory care interventions. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Implement respiratory care interventions, including oxygen therapy and ventilation
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in applicable state (IN)
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS for Health Care Providers
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
