We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Ensign Therapy in Leawood, KS. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice standards.
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients, ensuring effective outcomes and modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive discharge summaries and document all required information in our electronic documentation system.
- Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers to provide consultation and counseling related to speech disorders.
To be successful in this role, you must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels, and we offer competitive pay rates based on various factors.
