Pilates Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our Club Pilates studio in Blue Bell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio operations, including sales, marketing, and staff management.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase membership sales
- Manage and train a team of Pilates instructors to ensure high-quality classes and exceptional customer service
- Oversee studio operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or management in the fitness industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing sales
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Pilates and fitness industry trends
