Job Opportunity

StretchLab - Blue Bell is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team in our state-of-the-art studio. As a key member of our team, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality stretch sessions and group classes, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  • Build and maintain a strong client base, converting prospects and retaining members.
  • Participate in networking events, studio promotions, and staff meetings.
  • Care for the studio, including equipment and facility maintenance.
  • Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention.
  • Promote retail products and therapeutics for at-home care and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility in a boutique fitness environment.
  • Professional certification or expertise in physical therapy, massage therapy, personal training, pilates, dance, or yoga instruction.
  • Experience working in a fitness/wellness environment, providing hands-on training with clients.
  • Ability to create a positive environment welcoming all people.
  • Fantastic communication skills and empathy.
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program.
