About the Role

The Technical Operations Manager is a pivotal position within Vyve Broadband, overseeing the operations of our systems in a defined geographic area. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for operational objectives and results, as well as personnel and functional management within your area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technical staff, providing guidance on tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive financial and PSU growth, meeting or exceeding company objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local franchising authorities, maintaining positive relationships with government agencies and representatives.
  • Foster a visible presence in the communities we serve, participating in community and civic events.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years' experience in operations, specifically in the telecommunications industry, with some administrative and/or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan, motivate, and control systems overall performance.
  • Management-orientated, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to perform professionally at this level.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, with up-to-date knowledge of technical developments in the industry.

  • Lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
