Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Leader at Zaxby's, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. You will oversee the smooth operation of a shift, set priorities, and ensure our high standards are met.

• Supervise and guide team members to achieve shift goals
• Monitor and maintain operational standards, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Foster a culture of learning and development within the team
• Communicate performance concerns and successes to management
• Balance guest and team member expectations while ensuring a positive experience

• Enhance service, product quality, and cleanliness by leading by example
• Oversee food preparation, quality control, and food safety during shifts
• Organize and manage daily tasks, including opening and closing routines
• Collaborate with senior management to establish goals and track progress

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proven leadership skills, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing temperatures and potential allergens
