About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dunkin'. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing the overall operation of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Foster a positive working environment by training, communicating, and building relationships with your team.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business plan and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and leaves satisfied.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the store, including inventory control, labor management, and cash handling.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies, minimizing risk and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous managerial experience in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and any other relevant certifications required by law or company policy.
