About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our high-performing restaurants, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations:
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and maintenance.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Foster a culture of excellent guest service, responding promptly to feedback and concerns.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and optimize financial performance, controlling costs and maximizing revenue streams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager in a fast-casual or fast-food establishment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and technology.
