LPN Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at Village Caregiving - Louisville. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Nurture the growth and development of our team members through comprehensive training programs.
  • Assessments and Compliance: Conduct in-home supervisory assessments and ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Coordinate effective schedules for caregivers and clients, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
  • Customer Service and Engagement: Prioritize exceptional service for our valued clients, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Contribute to our community outreach efforts, promoting our services and values.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage administrative tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Employ caregiver and client compliance best practices, ensuring a high level of quality care.
  • Supervisory Care Plans: Provide supervisory care plans to clients and caregivers, ensuring personalized and effective care.
  • Training and Communication: Train caregivers on a needs basis and communicate effectively with staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
