Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Coffee Equipment Specialist who is committed to personal excellence and being part of a successful team. This role involves hands-on learning and growth in the diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of commercial coffee and tea brewing systems, espresso machines, and related foodservice apparatus. Prior experience is appreciated but not mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and install coffee and espresso brewing machinery.
  • Educate clients on basic operations and maintenance from the user’s viewpoint.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance and comprehensive refurbishments both in the shop and on-site.
  • Respond promptly to service requests.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure adherence to coffee quality standards at the point of sale.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient mechanical and electrical skills for equipment repair and maintenance.
  • A strong desire to uphold the highest standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Capability to manage physical tasks, including lifting equipment over 50 lbs.
  • A valid and clean Driver's license is required.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
