Logistics Driver

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Driver to join our team at US Foods, Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
CompensationThe estimated base salary for this position is $28.40 - $32.40 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay and a retention bonus.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods to customers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Unload products from the trailer using equipment such as two-wheelers, pallet jacks, or by hand, placing them in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures.
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance our client experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Minimum six months commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required.
- Ability to read and communicate in English, able to hold a conversation, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and enter information on reports and records.
