Job Overview: As a Caregiving Specialist at First Connect's Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patients' conditions
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress

Salary Information: This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
