Job Overview: The Client Case Coordinator will be primarily tasked with providing essential administrative assistance to the Paragon team of specialists and staff. This role includes overseeing the workflow for each case, managing the collection and organization of case documents, and coordinating with administrative personnel on time-sensitive action items. Additional responsibilities may involve supporting Paragon's administrative team with various operational tasks.

Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience, with monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize client needs and case objectives to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Request and organize case materials efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between Paragon staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Engage with Paragon personnel and external clients as necessary.
  • Manage a substantial volume of client inquiries and caseload.
  • Conduct phone and email correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Gather relevant case information to streamline case workflow and identify appropriate contacts at Paragon.
  • Collaborate with Paragon staff to provide necessary materials and information for case reviews.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and note-taking abilities.
  • Effective task prioritization.
  • Proficient time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Clio Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Background in the legal industry.
