Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to post-critical medical or surgical patients who require observation and care at a level less than intensive care patients, but more comprehensive than that required by general acute patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to post-critical medical or surgical patients.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being by following established protocols and procedures.

Requirements
  • CNA licensure or equivalent experience.
  • BLS certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
