Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • 60% Greet patients in a professional and cheerful manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • 30% Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, providing excellent customer service.
  • 20% Collect blood samples with minimal discomfort and high accuracy, adhering to patient and specimen identification policies.
  • 20% Label and process specimens, utilizing computer systems to register and accession samples.

Requirements and Qualifications

Requires completion of a formal phlebotomy program or equivalent education/experience. Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to work with diverse patient populations, and adhere to universal precaution procedures.
