We're seeking a motivated and friendly Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our cafe team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to our members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized cafe area, adhering to food safety standards and guidelines
  • Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, and locating merchandise
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
