About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot entrees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, including food preparation and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and team members.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales and customer service goals.
