As a Cloud Technology Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers on Oracle's cloud-based SCM products. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Oracle's cloud-based SCM products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Oracle's cloud-based SCM products and services.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and product features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in implementation, support, or upgrade of SaaS SCM suite of products.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
