Role Overview: As a Photographer/Videographer/Editor, you will play a pivotal role in visually narrating the stories that highlight our commitment to quality care and community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts that align with our brand and messaging
  • Capture high-quality photographs and videos that tell impactful stories related to healthcare services, patient experiences, staff dedication, and more
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism
  • Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and upkeep
  • Conduct on-location and studio shoots as needed, working with subjects to capture genuine and emotive moments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, preferably in a healthcare or related setting
  • Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, equipment, and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, including portrait, event, and documentary-style photography/videography
  • Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and practices is a plus but not a must
