Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
- Certification as a Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant is required.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to work in a senior care environment without posing health or safety risks.
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit.
