Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Meat Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of meat products, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming. Maintain product quality standards and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet business needs.
  • Be a Customer Champion: Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience for our members.
  • Be a Quality Control Specialist: Ensure quality and date control standards for meat products, secure fragile merchandise, and eliminate waste.
  • Be a Digital Ambassador: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
