Regional Payroll Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Payroll Administrator to join our team at Perdue Farms. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our regional locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain payroll-related data in SAP and Kronos systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Enter and maintain associate records in Kronos, including historical time entry, fixing punches, supply deductions, and holidays.
  • Liaise with HR and complexes to correct interface errors between SAP and Kronos.
  • Perform weekly and bi-weekly payroll procedures, including entering piece rate, bereavement, and jury duty pay, supply deductions, bonuses, and miscellaneous payroll deductions.
  • Process and verify Kronos interfaces for each location into SAP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide payroll-related support services, including answering questions from associates, supervisors, and management.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration.
  • 5 years of experience in administrative or clerical positions, with excellent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft products.
  • Experience with electronic time-keeping systems and SAP and Kronos a plus.
Work Environment:

The Regional Payroll Administrator will work in a normal office environment, with most tasks performed while seated at a desk or table. The position requires bending, stooping, and reaching, with occasional travel to regional locations.
