Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, overseeing facility management, planning corporate events, organizing complex calendars, preparing presentations and reports, arranging travel, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Manage office supply inventory and ensure timely ordering and replenishment.
    • Liaise with building maintenance to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
    • Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and other functions.
    • Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues or conflicts.
    • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • • A Bachelor's degree preferred, or at least 8 years of related experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years in an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role, preferably with experience supporting C-level executives.
    • Exceptional communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Exceptional Customer Service skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and virtual meeting software, preferably Teams or Zoom.
