Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care by developing and implementing individualized therapy programs for patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication abilities.
  • Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust programs as needed to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress in their chart and complete necessary notes and charges.
  • Consult with Program Director and Rehab Physician/Medical Director regarding patient placement and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.
