Autism Therapist Lead in Western North Carolina

At St. Gerard House, we're dedicated to revolutionizing the lives of families with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. We're seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team in Western North Carolina.
We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes paid time off, 11 holidays, health, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, and accident insurance options, as well as a 403(b) Matching Retirement Plan.
Job Responsibilities:- Supervise clinical aspects of programs and oversee treatment plans for your caseload
- Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Conduct various assessments and analyze data to monitor progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
