The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary, estimated at $350,000 per year, plus bonus potential. This figure is based on industry standards for medical directors in similar positions across the United States.
Job Description
As Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of four clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of Physician Assistants. Your duties will include seeing new patients, conducting follow-up visits, and performing procedures such as trigger point injections and epidural procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills, a strong clinical background in PM&R, and experience in pain management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position is required, along with board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
