About Our Team:

About the Role:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret employee feedback and experience data to drive insights and initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
  • Conduct surveys across the employee life cycle.
  • Analyze trends, prepare insights via dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee experience initiatives.
About You:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate findings effectively.
  • Attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment.
Your Experience:
  • Human Resources practices, employee feedback mechanisms, and survey methodologies using Qualtrics.
  • Employee engagement, organizational development, or HR analytics.
  • Data visualization tools and statistical analysis software.
  • Excellent research skills and proficiency in market research.
  • Analytical skills and statistics proficiency.
  • Interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.

Location:

Longmont, CO or Bloomington, MN in a hybrid work structure.
