Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Foreign Pharmacy Grad to join our team at CVS Health. As a Foreign Pharmacy Grad, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment that delivers exceptional care to each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service to customers
  • Process prescriptions, including translation of SIG codes, product selection, counting and measuring drugs, capping, and uncapping vials and bottles
  • Resolve third-party rejections and complete any manual claim forms
  • Assist with putting away drug orders and maintaining inventory management policies and procedures
  • Support supervising pharmacist in dispensing drugs, reviewing prescriptions, and monitoring compliance
  • Counsel patients under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
  • Communicate and interact with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care
  • Lead with heart, display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
  • Support pharmacy manager in motivating, inspiring, and developing pharmacy support staff
  • Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
Requirements
  • Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy
  • Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Results orientation, colleague engagement, active listening, customer and community engagement, consumer behavior, negotiation and conflict resolution, patient counseling, emotional intelligence, time management, and digital literacy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Immunization certification
