Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As an LVN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking and recording vital signs, including temperature, respiration, and pulse
  • Administering medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Preparing treatment trays, instruments, and equipment for medical procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident conditions, medications, and treatments
  • Assisting in creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Staying up-to-date on resident conditions and providing timely updates to the care team
Requirements
  • A valid California LVN license or proof of pending licensure
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing is a plus, but not required
  • A caring and customer-focused personality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
