Certified Master Social Worker

We are seeking a Certified Master Social Worker to join our team at the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide comprehensive assessments, discharge planning, and reentry assistance to inmates with high needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychotherapy of a complex nature
- Interpret complex psychosocial phenomena
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with community providers, families, and state and federal assistance programs
- Provide education and resources to inmates and staff
- Masters degree in social work
- Two years of Master Social Worker experience
- Certification as a Master Social Worker by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services
