About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Medicine Physician to join our team at SCP Health. As a key member of our hospital medicine team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of physicians and advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our hospital leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Physician and APP Management: Supervise and mentor a team of physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure excellent patient care and efficient operations.
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions.
  • Procedure Management: Perform a range of medical procedures, including central lines, lumbar punctures, thoracenteses, and paracenteses.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in hospital medicine or a related field.
  • Certifications: Board certification in internal medicine or a related field.
