Job Description

This role involves supporting the Store Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the operational functioning of the store, including managing the client experience, performing Manager On Duty responsibilities, and utilizing tools to ensure a client-focused team environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching associates, possessing keys to the store, and performing opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the business strategy and adjusting to effectively reach goals
  • Driving revenue by proactively managing the client experience while effectively performing Manager On Duty responsibilities
  • Utilizing reports to make effective merchandising decisions and style the store in Division standards
  • Closing registers, preparing nightly deposits, and retrieving shipments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of six months sales associate experience with ANN INC. or equivalent experience with another retailer
  • Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
